Shipping & Return
xReturns Policy
You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).
You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).
If you need to return an item, simply login to your account, view the order using the "Complete Orders" link under the My Account menu and click the Return Item(s) button. We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item.

I get so many compliments on this wrap. It's super comfy material, not too thick and breathable. The color is beautiful. It fits nicely in the diaper bag so you can take it everywhere, i love to use it when grocery shopping. I love the pocket in the front for throwing in a binky and the stretchiness. I like it better than my moby and it is cheaper too.

I love this wrap, and my baby seems to as well! I was using a ring sling, but as my little guy started to get bigger I wanted something that would distribute his weight a bit more evenly. I鈥檓 totally new to this style of wrap, but I found it much easier than expected to use. It鈥檚 exactly as stretchy as I pictured, and is totally comfortable for me and baby. The pocket in front is a huge bonus too! I would recommend this product to anyone!

My first and now second screamed when getting into a different carrier I had but now no screams at all getting into this one. The color is really nice and the wrap is light and I can keep it on after baby is out just incase I want to put her back in later on without retying it
